Want to know where your filters are? Here is how to check on your order.
Use your tracking link
As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link. Open that email and select the tracking link to see the latest delivery updates from the carrier.
Check from your account
If you created an account at checkout, you can view your order status and tracking at any time. Sign in to your account, open the order, and select the tracking link.
No tracking email yet?
Orders usually ship within one business day and arrive in 3–5 business days after shipping. If it has been longer than that and you have not received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder first, then get in touch.
